Amalgiri Retreat Centre (ARC) situates in the parish of Nilambur in Malappuram district, the diocese of Mananthavady. It comes under the jurisdiction of Christu Jyothi province, Bathery. It was started on August 2012 in the convent chapel of Amalagiri and slowly constructed the building for the centre. It’s aim is to reawaken the spiritual life of the sisters through retreats. The Centre conducts residential retreats for about 30 sisters twice in a month. Besides 3 days retreat once in three months, fortydays retreat once in a year, and such other programmes also are organized. Since 2003 onwards centre is a channel of grace for the flock of people through perpetual adoration. Infront of the centre there is a grotto of the Blessed Virgin Mary, where sisters experience a special God experience through Mother Mary Besides, somany people from Kerala and outside visit the centre for counseling and spiritual guidance and many receives miraculous graces from this centre. The present coordinator of the centre is Sr. Naveena.
