Gethsemane retreat centre (GRC) is 6 km away from the Kozhikode town. It was started in the diamond jubilee year of the priestly ordination of the founding father of MSMI congregation Msgr C J Varkey on 11th June, 2007. It comes under the jurisdiction of Mary Matha province and is in the St. Antony’s parish of the diocese of Thamarassery. Its erection was the fulfilment of the great divine revelation received from God by the founding father Msgr C J Varkey. It is a place to propagate God‘s word to the surroundings of Kozhikode. It is a convenient and conducive place to attend week end retreats. Many people participate in the intercessory prayers and perpetual adoration and attain God experience and special blessings. They organize retreats for different age groups, night vigil, spiritual counseling, healing services etc. Sr. Jeslin Rose MSMI is the present Coordinator of the centre.
